Bluewave Days 2025
The 3rd edition of Bluewave Days concluded with the participation of over 2,500 people and the collaboration of more than 79 organizations. More than 60 activities across the Mediterranean coastline allowed participants to experience the treasures of the Mediterranean firsthand, learn about the challenges our sea faces, and discover how they can contribute to its conservation.

Bluewave Days 2024
Second edition of the Bluewave DAYS held in Barcelona, an event to promote the protection and restoration of the Mediterranean Sea by joining forces with companies, entrepreneurs and scientists. The aim of the event was to raise public awareness of the importance of caring for and protecting the Mediterranean Sea.

Bluewave Days 2023
First edition of the Bluewave DAYS held in Barcelona, an event to promote the protection and restoration of the Mediterranean Sea by joining forces with companies, entrepreneurs and scientists. The aim of the event was to raise public awareness of the importance of caring for and protecting the Mediterranean Sea.

3rd Bluewave Awards
The third edition of the Bluewave Alliance awards ceremony. At the 3rd Bluewave Awards, three globally recognized professionals were honoured for their contributions to scientific advancement, their work in protecting the Mediterranean, and their activism as a means of raising awareness and education. These individuals have significantly contributed to the conservation and protection of seas and oceans.

2nd Bluewave Awards
The second edition of the Bluewave Alliance awards ceremony. During the 2nd Bluewave Awards, three global leaders were recognized for their contributions to ocean conservation and protection through advancements in science, the development of innovative technologies, and the use of art as a medium for awareness and education.
Bluewave Alliance and We Are Water Foundation Join Forces for the Mediterranean
On March 22, World Water Day, Bluewave Alliance and the We Are Water Foundation organized a day of awareness and clean-up at Somorrostro Beach in Barcelona. With the participation of 25 volunteers, more than 15 kilos of plastic were removed from the coastline.
Premiere of Waves of Tomorrow: A Window to the Future
The documentary “Waves of Tomorrow”, produced by Bluewave Alliance, ISDIN and Odicean, highlights Marine Protected Areas as key to recovering Mediterranean biodiversity and promotes their projection in schools to sensitize new generations.
Bluewave Alliance and Lorenzo Quinn present SeaSpore at the Moco Museum in Barcelona
Bluewave Alliance presented the innovative SeaSpore project at an exclusive event at the Moco Museum, together with Lorenzo Quinn and Ocean Ecostructures. This project seeks to inspire to promote the restoration and protection of marine ecosystems.
